It is the most important day of your life and whether you are planning a cocktail reception or a Grand Banquet The Airport International Motel will ensure that everything is just right.

Attention to detail is what makes a Wedding Reception at The Airport International Motel all that more special. Our experienced and professionally trained staff will set the tables to perfection ensuring the white linen is crisp, the cutlery shining, the glasses gleaming and that the personalised menus are placed ever so carefully.

High ceilings, an abundance of natural light and crisp lines are what make our function rooms ideally suited for Wedding Receptions. Our rooms have a simple, elegant decor which allows you to create your dream venue, with flowers, fairy lights, topiary trees or whatever you may choose.

Our majestic Garden Atrium is also available exclusively to our brides at no additional charge. The beautiful area can be used for pre-dinner drinks, photographs or even your ceremony. The Garden Atrium offers the feel of the outdoors without having to worry about the weather.

	Premier Package $95.00 per person
	This package is for a mimimum number of 50 persons and includes items listed in inclusions (below) as well as the following. Chef's selection of hot & cold canapes served in our Garden Atrium on arrival. Superb three-course menu Served on an alternate basis with two (2) dishes for each course. Engraved silver cake knife. Champagne for toasts and personalised champagne flutes for the bride and groom. Premier Bridal Suite with Champagne and Chocolates. Three and a half hours of beverages limited to light beer, standard beer, house wine soft drinks and juices.
	Deluxe package $85.00 per person
	This package is for a minimum number of 40 persons and includes items listed in the inclusions (below) as well as the following. Chef's selection of hot & cold canapes served in our Garden Atrium on arrival. Superb three-course menu served on an alternate basis with two (2) dishes for each course selected from menus 1&2. Two and a half hours of beverages limited to light beer, standard beer, house wine soft drinks and juices. Champagne for toasts. Bridal suite following the Wedding Reception.
	Standard Package $65.00 per person
	This package is for a minimum number of 30 persons and includes items listed in the inclusions (below) as well as the following. A sumptuous three course meal of two (2) dishes per course selected from Menu 1 (served alternatively). Bridal suite following the Wedding Reception. Beverages - discuss a beverage arrangement with our Functions Manager.
	Inclusions at no extra cost
	Venue hire, dance floor, microphone & lectern. The setting of the tables and the room, candles and paper serviettes for inserts (Gold and Silver colour extra). Pure white linen table cloths and serviettes. The Garden Atrium hire. Canopy and fairy lights, candleabras, floral arrangemens for the individual tables, cake knife and cake bags. Personalised menus and commemorative table list. Premier Bridal Suite. Champagne Breakfast.
